1. 띵동의 운영시간은 화 ~ 토 오전 11시부터 저녁 9시까지 운영됩니다. 긴급상담을 제외한 모든 문의는 운영시간을 이용해주시면 감사드리겠습니다. 일, 월, 공휴일은 휴무이므로 유선 연락이 되지 않는 점 참고해주시기 바랍니다. 특히 월요일의 경우는 일반적으로 휴무일이라는 생각을 못할 수 있는데 꼭 기억해 주시길 부탁드리겠습니다.
2. 문의는 가급적 띵동의 이메일 LGBTQ@DDingDong.kr과 유선전화 02-924-1224를 이용해주세요. 위기상담번호 010-8844-2119와 카카오톡 띵동119를 이용해주시는 분들이 많습니다. 위기상담번호와 카카오톡은 청소년 성소수자를 위해 만든 채널입니다. 그런데 운영시간 외에 위기상담번호나 카카오톡으로 연락하여 사무국 업무와 관련된 문의를 해주시는 분들이 많습니다. 운영시간 외에는 위기상담지원이 아니라면 사무국 활동가들이 휴무이기 때문에 문의는 반드시 운영 시간 내에 연락주시기 바랍니다.
3. 띵동이 궁금하신 분, 후원해주시는 분 등 다양한 분들이 띵동 공간을 방문하고 싶다고 하시는 문의가 많습니다. 많은 분들이 도와주시고, 함께 만든 공간이기 때문에 띵동의 공간에 더욱 더 방문하고 싶으실 수 있습니다. 하지만 띵동의 공간은 도움이 필요한 청소년 성소수자들이 1순위로 사용되는 공간입니다. 그렇기 때문에 공간에서 청소년 성소수자들이 쉬거나, 상담을 받고 있을 경우가 많습니다. 간혹, 연락을 주시지 않고 센터를 방문하시는 분들이 계십니다. 공간에서는 언제 상담이 진행되고 있을지 모르기 때문에 방문하실 때는 반드시 사무국에 연락을 주시고 방문을 해주셔야합니다. 또한, 아무 때나 방문이 가능한 것이 아니며 기관방문이 가능한 일자가 정해져있습니다.

Thank you so much for having interest in DDing Dong. There have been a lot of questions/comments on DDing Dong since it opened. Lately, there have been numerous contacts and the full-time staff couldn't respond back quickly. We are so sorry that there were delays in our responses due to the fact that we were trying our best to deliver accurate information to every individual who contacted DDing Dong. In order to avoid confusion and convey accurate information, we came up with the following notice on contacting and visiting DDing Dong.
1. The opening hours of DDing Dong is from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M. through Tuesday to Saturday. Please send in your questions/comments during the operating hours, unless it is an emergency consultation. DDing Dong is closed on Sunday, Monday and national holidays. Therefore, please keep in mind that the office telephone line will be unavailable on closing days. Mondays aren’t normally perceived as closing days, so please keep this in mind especially.
2. When contacting DDing Dong, please use our email (LGBTQ@DDingDong.kr) and our office line (02-924-1224). There are a lot of individuals contacting DDing Dong via our consultation line (010-8844-2119) or our Kakao Talk ID (띵동119). These channels were created specifically for LGBTQ teens. However, we receive a lot of questions/comments about the organization of DDing Dong after working hours through our consultation line and our Kakao Talk ID. The full-time staff workers are off duty after working hours (unless it is an emergency call), so please send in your questions/comments during opening hours of DDing Dong.
3. We receive a lot of messages from those who are curious about DDing Dong or who contribute to DDing Dong on visiting DDing Dong. We understand that many would like to pay a visit to DDing Dong as this center was established by a lot of individuals and that this center is a space collaborated by a lot of people. However, DDing Dong is first and foremost for LGBTQ teens who need help. Therefore, there are many cases that LGBTQ teens will stop by to rest or receive consultation. There has been several incidents that visitors would stop by without contacting us. Since a counseling session could be held at any time, please contact the full-time staff about your visitation before you stop by. Moreover, visitation can’t be held at all times. There are specific times when visitation can happen, so please check on the website below.

If you wish to visit DDing Dong, you must sign up for visitation first. The detailed address and location will be sent to you from our full-time staff. Last and not least, we ask for your help that the address and actual location of DDing Dong will NOT be released to the public or on the Internet for the safety of LGBTQ teens.
